Submit Your Application
Complete the online application through our resident portal. You’ll need to provide identification, proof of income, and authorization for a background and credit check. The application fee is $125 per applicant, including every adult. There are no administrative fees.
Application Review
Our team reviews applications promptly. The process includes a background check, credit check, and income verification. We typically process applications within 24–48 hours.
Approval & Move-In
Once approved, we’ll coordinate your lease signing and move-in date. First month’s rent, last month’s rent and a security deposit are due at lease signing. The security deposit is one month’s rent. If at least one applicant has a credit score above 725, the security deposit is $500. Our standard lease term is 12 months. We offer incentives for longer-duration leases. Speak with our leasing agent about available options for your preferred lease term.
