Our team reviews applications promptly. The process includes a background check, credit check, and income verification. We typically process applications within 24–48 hours.
Approval & Move-In
Once approved, we’ll coordinate your lease signing and move-in date. Our standard lease term is 12 months, with cost savings available for longer commitments.
